2.1实时预警
基于KTM等越野车起动电池放电容量,容量保持率和电池高倍率放电得到的5秒电压和30秒电压的性能要求,通过设置监测阀值并实现智能预警,当循环至容量保持率<70%的标称容量时结束循环,或者当高倍率放电的5秒电压低于10V或者90秒电压低于7.2V时结束循环。
当测试结束时,若循环记录1000次中均没有预警,则放电容量取1000次的数据;若循环过程中有预警,则采用预警时的数据作为放电容量。
2.2性能衰减变化率
采用以下公式计算KTM等越野车起动电池性能参数:
(1)放电容量保持率=放电容量/标称容量*100%;
(2)容量衰减率=(初始容量-终止容量)/初始容量*100%;
(3)容量变化率=(终止容量-放电容量)/终止容量;
3.数据应用
通过分析KTM等越野车起动电池的放电容量保持率、容量衰减情况在高倍率启动放电下电压性能以及对应参数的变化率,用于评估该类型电池在长时间循环放电情况下的性能衰减情况、电池性能稳定性分析以及电池使用寿命预测。
This dataset focuses on the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation status, voltage performance and variation rates of corresponding parameters during high-rate start discharge of KTM and other off-road vehicle starter batteries under standardized charge-discharge protocols and specified cycle counts. Meanwhile, it monitors the 5-second and 90-second voltages during high-rate discharge and their variation rates, aiming to evaluate the starting capability, performance attenuation, battery performance stability and service life prediction of this type of batteries under long-term cyclic discharge conditions.
1. Data Source
Under the standardized cycle life test protocol, real-time capacity data of KTM off-road vehicle starter batteries (model 01-20-GFP) across 1 to 1000 charge-discharge cycles are recorded.
2. Data Processing
2.1 Real-time Early Warning
Based on the performance requirements of discharge capacity, capacity retention rate, 5-second voltage and 30-second voltage obtained from high-rate discharge of KTM off-road vehicle starter batteries, intelligent early warning is implemented by setting monitoring thresholds. The test is terminated when the capacity retention rate drops below 70% of the nominal capacity, or when the 5-second voltage during high-rate discharge is lower than 10V or the 90-second voltage is lower than 7.2V.
At the end of the test, if no early warning is triggered throughout the 1000 cycles, the discharge capacity data from the 1000th cycle is adopted; if early warning occurs during the test, the discharge capacity data recorded at the time of early warning is used as the final discharge capacity.
2.2 Performance Attenuation Variation Rate
The following formulas are used to calculate the performance parameters of KTM off-road vehicle starter batteries:
(1) Discharge Capacity Retention Rate = (Discharge Capacity / Nominal Capacity) × 100%;
(2) Capacity Attenuation Rate = [(Initial Capacity - Final Capacity) / Initial Capacity] × 100%;
(3) Capacity Variation Rate = (Final Capacity - Discharge Capacity) / Final Capacity;
3. Data Application
By analyzing the discharge capacity retention rate, capacity attenuation status, voltage performance during high-rate start discharge and variation rates of corresponding parameters of KTM and other off-road vehicle starter batteries, this dataset is applied to evaluate the performance attenuation under long-term cyclic discharge conditions, conduct battery performance stability analysis and predict the service life of this type of batteries.
