This study aims to construct a magnet-Fe3O4 composite structure that would enrich the functional microorganisms without the continuous addition of the conductive materials. The objective of this study is to access the methanogenesis performance from sludge and DIET participance in the presence of magnet-Fe3O4. In detail, it compares the shift of bacterial and archaeal communities in response to magnet-Fe3O4, and reveals the mechanism from the metagenomic analysis.
