资源简介：
利用顶空固相微萃取结合气相色谱-质谱联用技术和气相色谱-嗅觉测量(HS-SPME-GC-MS/GC-O)技术、和香气活度（OAV）值分析等，获得橄榄油的特征风味成分等数据。数据采集时间范围为2021-01-01至2022-12-31。
Data including characteristic flavor components of olive oil were obtained using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), gas chromatography-olfactometry (GC-O), as well as odor activity value (OAV) analysis and other relevant analytical methods. The data collection period ranged from 2021-01-01 to 2022-12-31.
