Whole Genome Bisulfite Sequecing of Yaks, Tibetan cattles, Sanjiang cattles and Holstein cows.

We sampled breast, lung and gluteal muscle from yaks, Tibetan cattles, Holstein cows and Sanjiang cattles, conducted whole genome bisulfite sequencing, and whole transcriptome sequencing and provided a genome-wide DNA methylation map as well as a transcriptome expression map for four subspecies of cattle.
