B-Plan 2-064 Kaiserstuhlstraße (-Märktekonzept-) (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 2-064 entered into force on 16.4.1992. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.符合欧盟空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）规范的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号2-064的开发规划于1992年4月16日正式生效。开发规划包含针对城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的管控条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控主体明确了建设的选址、类型与实施方式。原则上，开发规划需以土地利用规划为编制基础。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型构建，可通过开放地理空间联盟（Open Geospatial Consortium，OGC）Web地图服务（WMS）以及预定义的ATOM发布协议获取。
