本课题研究从生物工程学角度出发,构建并优化了一种新型可见光交联的明胶/透明质酸混合水凝胶支架体系,通过改善损伤后微环境、促进内源性神经干细胞的迁移分化改善脊髓损伤大鼠运动功能恢复。首先利用材料合成技术制备不同比例的明胶/透明质酸混合水凝胶,将水凝胶体系移植治疗全横断大鼠脊髓损伤模型中,观察治疗效果。在研究过程中,分别设置了空白模型对照、明胶/透明质酸(10/0)、明胶/透明质酸(9/1)、明胶/透明质酸(8/2)和明胶/透明质酸(7/3)移植治疗组,科学数据获得全面规范。
This study, from the perspective of bioengineering, constructs and optimizes a novel visible-light-crosslinked gelatin/hyaluronic acid hybrid hydrogel scaffold system, which improves motor functional recovery in rats with spinal cord injury by modulating the post-injury microenvironment and promoting the migration and differentiation of endogenous neural stem cells. First, gelatin/hyaluronic acid hybrid hydrogels with different ratios were prepared via material synthesis technology, and the hydrogel system was transplanted into a complete transection spinal cord injury rat model to observe the therapeutic effect. During the study, the blank model control group, gelatin/hyaluronic acid (10/0), gelatin/hyaluronic acid (9/1), gelatin/hyaluronic acid (8/2) and gelatin/hyaluronic acid (7/3) transplantation treatment groups were set up respectively, ensuring comprehensive and standardized collection of scientific data.
