Dataset measuring and enhancing learning organisation and innovative work behaviour in Malaysia: A Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach

This dataset aimed to be published in Data in Brief. All regions of Malaysia were represented by respondents. Quantitative research methods were applied in data analysis. By means of an online survey, structured questionnaires were distributed to 450 state education officials selected using stratified random sampling to assure their regional representation (Northern Region, Central Region, Southern Region, East Coast, and East Malaysia). Using structural equation modeling (SEM) and Smart PLS version 3 software, data were presented.
