Data of Phylogenomics and the evolution of larval feeding habits in the blow flies (Diptera: Calliphoridae), Beza-Beza et al.

We used protein-coding nuclear genes obtained through anchored hybrid enrichment (AHE) to analyze the evolutionary relationships among blow flies (Diptera: Calliphoridae) and their close relatives. By incorporating four fossils, we generated a time-calibrated phylogenetic tree and utilized literature records of larval feeding habits to reconstruct the ancestral feeding strategies of the group.

本研究采用锚定杂交富集（anchored hybrid enrichment, AHE）技术获取的编码蛋白质的核基因，分析丽蝇（双翅目：丽蝇科）及其近缘类群的演化关系。本研究纳入4枚化石标本，构建了时间校准的系统发育树，并结合幼虫食性的文献记录，重构了该类群的祖先食性策略。
