A dataset of soil monitoring of the Liaohe Estuary Wetland during 2016-2021

The dataset is summary table of soil physical and chemical properties in Liaoning Panjin Wetland Ecosystem National Field Scientific Observation and Research Station from 2016 to 2021 which is 379K. It is composed of 5 parts, which are: table of physical property content of wetland soil from 2016 to 2021; table of soluble salt content in wetland soil from 2017 to 2021; table of soil chemistry of Wetlands from 2016 to 2021; table of heavy metal ion content in wetland soil in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021 and table of metal ion content in wetland soil in 2017, 2019, 2020, and 2021. Each table includes a year, month, day, sample code, observation indicators, and remark fields. There are some missing data in this dataset. Among them, the "Remarks" field in each table is mostly empty and only recorded when special instructions are needed. Among the fixed observation points, sample points 21, 22, and 30 were unable to reach the designated fixed observation points for sampling due to the demolition of some roads in the Liaohekou Nature Reserve and the withdrawal of oil fields implemented in 2020. Therefore, soil observation data for sample points 21, 22, and 30 were missing after 2020. Due to the research demand of the project, potassium ions and carbonate ions were measured in the soil water-soluble total salt index in 2016, and other ion data were lacking; Due to the abnormality of the experimental instrument, the data of reduction potential in 2017 and 2018 are missing. Due to the requirement of a 5-year observation frequency, soil heavy metals and metal ions lack data for 2017, 2016, and 2018.
