Data of the publication R. Cuccaro, G. Beltramino, L. Rosso, R. Nobakht and V. Fernicola, “Assessment of the INRIM trace water generator and analysis of the uncertainty components down to -100 °C frost-point temperature”, Metrologia 61 (2024) 045003 (25pp). In this document the derivation of the equations for the uncertainty estimation of the water vapour amount fraction is reported. Tables with the detailed uncertainty contributions considered for the estimation of the measurement uncertainty of the frost point temperature, T_fp, pressure, p, and water vapour mole fraction, x_w, in the whole working range of interest are also reported.
