Modified uropygi collection dataset for pytaxon simulation

The dataset Uropygi Collection was downloaded from the following source:Bonaldo A (2023). Museu Paraense Emilio Goeldi - Uropygi Collection. Version 4.2. Museu Paraense Emílio Goeldi. Occurrence dataset. Available at: https://doi.org/10.15468/xt4kfa, accessed via GBIF.org on 2024-12-14.

For the purpose of these simulations, the dataset was converted into an Excel spreadsheet, and intentional errors were introduced to test error detection and correction tools. The errors introduced are highlighted in yellow within the spreadsheet, specifically:

The Genus type "Thelyphonelus" was changed to "Thelyphoneluss";

The Order type "Uropygi" was changed to "Urophygi";

The Kingdom type "Animalia" was changed to "Aanimalia".

This modified dataset was then used with pytaxon (available at https://github.com/pytaxon/pytaxon-cli) to identify and correct taxonomic errors. These tests aimed to evaluate the tool's performance and its ability to process datasets containing common data entry errors effectively.
