For example, if today is January 19, 2019, the data of the most recent two years ranges from December 2016 to November 2018, and the input for this item is 201612. If no input is provided, the default is the latest 1-month period. Note: After the update on January 20, 2019, the data of the most recent two years ranges from January 2017 to December 2018. Vehicle license plate number: The input parameter requires MD5 encryption in 32-digit lowercase format. The returned contents include: year-on-year index for the same month of the previous year, query status (0: found; -1: not found), month-on-month index compared to the previous month, details of total vehicle-cargo weight index, and total vehicle-cargo weight index which is a value between 0% and 100%.
