"Experimental Dataset for Motion Artifact Removal in PPG Signals"

"This dataset was collected from 20 healthy volunteers (9 males and 11 females) aged between 20 and 35 years. Each participant wore two TicWatch Pro 3 smartwatches simultaneously on both wrists to acquire synchronized dual-channel photoplethysmography (PPG) signals at a sampling rate of 100 Hz. During the experiment, one wrist was kept stationary while the other performed free-form movements to simulate various types of motion artifacts.After data acquisition, the bilateral signals were temporally aligned and preprocessed through normalization and filtering. Manual annotations were performed to label artifact-contaminated segments. The dataset provides paired motion-corrupted and reference PPG signals, and is suitable for studies on signal quality assessment, motion artifact detection, and removal algorithms."
