Factors for choosing plant-based food in Indonesia 2024

According to a survey on plant-based food consumption in Indonesia by Rakuten Insight, 53 percent of the respondents stated that they chose plant-based alternatives as they believed that plant-based products were healthier. In comparison, 35 percent of respondents stated that they chose plant-based foods as they wanted to try a food trend.
