We proceeded RNA-seq on HER2+ breast cancer line HCC1954 cells treated with DMSO, SNXB, Lapatinib and combination for 24 hours. By analyzing resulting data, we are trying to figure out the possilble mechanisms of Lapatinib resistance and how our regimen is able to potentiate and overcome resistance. HCC1954 cells were treated with DMSO, SNXB, Lapatinib and Combination for 24 hours. Samples were from three biological repeats.
