Vegetation photosynthetic phenology metrics in northern terrestrial ecosystems: a dataset derived from a gross primary productivity product based on solar-induced chlorophyll fluorescence

Data description：

This product provides annual (2001-2020) 0.05 degree vegetation photosynthetic phenology (i.e., start of season-SOS; end of season-EOS; length of season-LOS) in terrestrial ecosystems of the Northern Hemisphere. The files includes two types: first growing season in ecosystems of the single and the double growing season; second growing season in ecosystems of the double growing season.

In each rar file, it includes SOS or EOS or LOS of every year (format: nc, NetCDF). In each nc file, including:
Phenology metrics with 10% threshold;
5th percentile phenology metrics with 10% threshold;<br>

95th percentile phenology metrics with 10% threshold;<br>

Phenology metrics with 25% threshold;
5th percentile phenology metrics with 25% threshold;<br>

95th percentile phenology metrics with 25% threshold;
Phenology metrics with 50% threshold;
5th percentile phenology metrics with 50% threshold;<br>

95th percentile phenology metrics with 50% threshold.

数据集说明：
本数据集提供2001-2020年北半球陆地生态系统的0.05度空间分辨率植被光合物候年度数据，具体指标即生长季开始（start of season, SOS）、生长季结束（end of season, EOS）及生长季长度（length of season, LOS）。
数据集包含两类文件：第一类为单生长季与双生长季生态系统的第一生长季物候数据；第二类为双生长季生态系统的第二生长季物候数据。
每个rar压缩包内包含对应年份的SOS、EOS或LOS数据，文件格式为nc（NetCDF）。每个nc文件包含以下内容：
10%阈值下的物候指标；
10%阈值下的5%分位数物候指标；
10%阈值下的95%分位数物候指标；
25%阈值下的物候指标；
25%阈值下的5%分位数物候指标；
25%阈值下的95%分位数物候指标；
50%阈值下的物候指标；
50%阈值下的5%分位数物候指标；
50%阈值下的95%分位数物候指标。
地理坐标参考系为WGS84。
数值说明：
'NAN'表示无数据；
'0'表示裸地及稀疏植被覆盖区域。
