Drivers of ecosystem services and their management implications in the Yellow River Delta High-Efficiency Eco-Economic Zone: A case study integrating causal inference and machine learning

This dataset contains attribute and spatial data on ecosystem services and their influencing factors in the Yellow River Delta High-Efficiency Eco-Economic Zone. The data are derived from the integration and analysis of multiple publicly available datasets and have undergone standardized processing. The temporal coverage spans the years 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020, and 2023, aiming to quantify the spatial distribution patterns of key ecosystem services and identify the primary natural and anthropogenic factors driving their dynamics. The dataset consists of three core components: an Excel file containing ecosystem service assessment results, an Excel file containing quantification results of influencing factors, and a Shapefile capturing the spatial characteristics of ecosystem services in the study area.
