针对大扭矩轮毂驱动系统关键零部件制造技术课题研究任务,开展表面完整性主动设计技术试验研究。依据GB/T14230《齿轮弯曲疲劳强度试验方法》标准、GB/T14229《齿轮接触疲劳强度试验方法》标准、GB/T7704《无损检测X射线应力测定方法》标准,GB/T13672《齿轮胶合承载能力试验方法》标准,按照检验规范程序进行检验。分别采用GPS-2000高频疲劳试验机,采用成组对比法和筛选法处理实验数据,试验检测丸粒直径、喷丸强度、覆盖率等工艺参数对齿轮弯曲疲劳寿命的影响数据;采用功率流封闭式结构的齿轮试验机,对比光饰齿轮与未光饰齿轮的疲劳极限数据、疲劳寿命数据;针对材料18CrNiMo7-6,以激光能量、光斑直径和冲击次数、搭接率和保护层为变量,检测激光冲击强化对粗糙度、硬度、残余应力的影响数据;针对 18CrNiMo7-6渗碳淬火+ISO-VG 220润滑油组合传动齿轮开展系列试验测试,试验在中心距为160 mm齿轮试验台上进行,检测传递转矩和齿轮转速变化对接触温度与齿面损伤的影响试验数据。

Aiming at the research task of key component manufacturing technology for high-torque hub drive systems, experimental research on active design technology of surface integrity was conducted. Tests were performed in accordance with GB/T 14230 Standard Test Method for Bending Fatigue Strength of Gears, GB/T 14229 Standard Test Method for Contact Fatigue Strength of Gears, GB/T 7704 Standard Test Method for X-ray Stress Determination in Nondestructive Testing, and GB/T 13672 Standard Test Method for Scuffing Load Capacity of Gears, following the specified inspection procedures. Firstly, the GPS-2000 high-frequency fatigue testing machine was utilized, with experimental data processed using the group comparison method and screening method. The effects of process parameters including shot diameter, shot peening intensity and coverage rate on gear bending fatigue life were tested and collected. Secondly, a gear testing machine with a closed power flow structure was employed to compare the fatigue limit and fatigue life data between polished gears and unpolished gears. Thirdly, for the material 18CrNiMo7-6, with laser energy, spot diameter, number of impacts, overlap rate and protective coating as variables, the influence data of laser shock strengthening on roughness, hardness and residual stress were detected and collected. Fourthly, a series of experimental tests were carried out on 18CrNiMo7-6 carburized and quenched transmission gears combined with ISO-VG 220 lubricating oil. The tests were conducted on a gear test bench with a center distance of 160 mm, and the experimental data on the effects of transmitted torque and gear rotational speed changes on contact temperature and tooth surface damage were collected. The total data volume is 81 KB.
