vCA1 electrophysiology (Estrus, Diestrus, OVX)

The zip file contains raw data obtained from wireless vCA1 recordings in freely behaving animals. Control and MSEW mice were recorded during estrus, diestrus, and five days after ovariectomy. Animals were recorded in the home cage (HC) followed by the open field (OF) at each time point. Files require Neuroexplorer software for analysis. Data filtering and normalization are described in the methods section of the manuscript.

该压缩包包含自由活动动物无线腹侧CA1区（vCA1）在体记录的原始数据。本研究分别在动情期、动情间期以及卵巢切除术后第5天，对对照组与MSEW组小鼠开展记录。每个时间点下，均先在饲养笼（home cage, HC）中采集动物活动信号，随后在旷场实验（open field, OF）环境中完成数据采集。该数据集需使用Neuroexplorer软件进行分析。数据滤波与归一化的具体方法详见本研究稿件的方法学部分。
