<b>Quantitative galactose colorimetric competitive assay based on galactose dehydrogenase and plasmonic gold nanostars.</b>

The goal of this research was to develop a quantitative galactose colorimetric detection platform that uses plasmonic gold nanostars and co-immobilized galactose dehydrogenase and NAD+. In the presence of 0.05 mM H₂O₂, the biosensor provided quantified colorimetric signals that were dependent on the analyte concentration.本研究的目标是构建一种采用等离子体金纳米星（plasmonic gold nanostars）以及共固定化半乳糖脱氢酶与烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸（NAD+）的定量半乳糖比色检测平台。在0.05 mM过氧化氢（H₂O₂）存在的条件下，该生物传感器可输出与分析物浓度相关的定量比色信号。
