该报告以课题组已有数据为基础，根据国标文件、工艺规程和设计技术条件，负责编制了相关热处理工艺规程，给出了带状组织消除热处理工艺规范。本规范适用于中国科学院金属研究所熔炼制备的G20CrNi2Mo钢在周期作业中的淬火工序。
Based on the existing data of the research group, this report compiles relevant heat treatment process specifications in accordance with national standard documents, process regulations and design technical conditions, and provides the heat treatment process specification for eliminating banded microstructures. This specification is applicable to the quenching process of G20CrNi2Mo steel smelted and prepared by the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences during periodic operations.
