本数据集为课题二研究智能产线装备加工精度演变规律和加工精度退化机理形成,主要包括复杂曲面SMR350D3叶片模型训练数据集。叶片所用材料是一种高温合金,即沉淀硬化钢X5CrNiCuNb16-4 (17-4 PH),由于其对腐蚀环境的抵抗性,已被广泛应用于航空航天行业和其他高科技行业。其中,综合铣削、精铣削叶根工序数据用以构建加工质量预测模型,为工艺参数优化提供映射约束。数据集中由无锡软件测试中心随机选取的部分加工数据作为加工工艺参数优化软件性能测试的测试数据。

This dataset was developed for Research Topic 2, which focuses on investigating the evolution law of machining accuracy and the degradation mechanism of machining accuracy for intelligent production line equipment. It primarily comprises the training dataset for complex curved SMR350D3 blade models. The blades are fabricated from a superalloy, specifically precipitation hardening steel X5CrNiCuNb16-4 (17-4 PH). Benefiting from its superior corrosion resistance, this material has been extensively employed in the aerospace industry and other high-tech sectors. Data collected from the comprehensive milling and finish milling blade root procedures are used to construct a machining quality prediction model, which provides mapping constraints for process parameter optimization. A portion of the machining data randomly selected from this dataset by the Wuxi Software Testing Center is used as test data for the performance evaluation of machining process parameter optimization software.
