Table S2: Clustered OTU table. After open-reference clustering, OTU table was constructed from the BIOM file using QIIME 2. Number of reads for each OTU in each sample are indicated, together with the bacterial taxonomy assigned to each OTU. OTU IDs are identical to matching HOMD Refseq IDs, except for those which did not match the database.

表S2：聚类操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit, OTU）表。经开放参考聚类流程后，本研究依托QIIME 2软件从BIOM生物学观测矩阵（Biological Observation Matrix, BIOM）文件中构建得到该OTU表。表格标注了各样本中每一条OTU对应的测序读段计数，同时附带了各OTU所归属的细菌分类学注释信息。除未匹配至该数据库的OTU外，其余OTU的编号均与其匹配的人类口腔微生物组数据库（Human Oral Microbiome Database, HOMD）Refseq编号完全一致。
