Facilities

The Facilities layer combines a number of previous layers. Some were used to create the Health Services Agency (HSA) emergency preparedness maps on file in the Emergency Operations Center map bin. Some were used for the post-earthquake 'Critical Facility' building inspection survey for code enforcement. To avoid duplicates and having overlap, these layers were combined into a single layer, with the "CRITICAL" field added so that a definition query can be applied to filter for the Critical Facilities survey and other mapping products. There is also a separate 'County Facilities' GIS layer that is managed and utilized by the Real Property division of the Public Works department. For the Parks Department, there is a hosted feature layer in ArcGIS Online for park facilities that is used specifically for the Park Finder application that is embedded in the Park departments website.设施图层（Facilities layer）整合了多个前置图层。其中部分图层曾用于制作应急行动中心（Emergency Operations Center）地图库中存档的卫生服务局（Health Services Agency，HSA）应急准备地图；另有部分图层用于震后"关键设施（Critical Facility）"建筑检查勘测，服务于建筑规范执法工作。为避免图层重复与重叠，我们将这些图层整合为单个图层，并新增"CRITICAL"字段，以便通过定义查询（definition query）筛选出关键设施勘测图层及其他制图成果。此外，公共工程部（Public Works department）不动产部门（Real Property division）还管理并使用独立的"县级设施"地理信息系统（Geographic Information System，GIS）图层。针对公园部门，其官网内嵌的公园查找应用（Park Finder application）专用的ArcGIS Online托管要素图层（hosted feature layer），专门用于存储公园设施相关数据。
