云南：年产10万瓶金耳和木耳原种基地现场查定

基地开展了黑木耳、金耳等人工林剩余物桉树菌种筛选等研究工作，在传统的黑木耳生产配方中替代性添加60%人工林剩余物桉树木屑，金耳生产配方中人工林剩余物桉树木屑完全替代传统木屑。在中华全国供销合作总社昆明食用菌研究所工程技术研究中心（晋宁区）示范基地建成了年产10万瓶的人工林剩余物生产示范基地。

A research base conducted studies including strain screening for edible fungi such as black fungus (Auricularia auricula-judae) and golden ear mushroom (Tremella aurantialba) using eucalyptus sawdust derived from plantation forest residues. Specifically, 60% of the traditional sawdust in the standard production formula for black fungus was substituted with the plantation forest residue-derived eucalyptus sawdust, while the same eucalyptus sawdust fully replaced the traditional sawdust in the production formula for Tremella aurantialba. Furthermore, a demonstration production base utilizing plantation forest residues, with an annual output of 100,000 cultivation bottles, has been established at the demonstration site of the Engineering and Technology Research Center of Kunming Edible Fungi Institute under the All-China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives (Jinning District).
