EIOPA - Register of IORPs Prudential Provisions

The register of IORPs prudential provisions published by EIOPA is based on the information provided by the National Competent Authorities (‘NCAs’) in accordance with Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 643/2014 of 16 June 2014 (EEA relevance). The information contained in the by the Register IORPs Prudential Provisions refers to national provisions of prudential nature relevant to the field of occupational pension schemes which are not covered by the reference to national social and labour law in Article 20(1) of Directive 2003/41/EC. ​According to Article 1 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 643/2014 NCAs shall transmit the information on national prudential provisions to EIOPA annually, by 30 June of each calendar year. The annual transmissions shall relate to national prudential provisions which are in force on 1 March of the relevant calendar year. Competent authorities may transmit updated information on their national prudential provisions to EIOPA at any time on a voluntary basis.欧洲保险和职业养老金监管局（EIOPA）发布的职业养老金机构（IORPs）审慎监管规定注册表，其编制依据为各国主管当局（National Competent Authorities，简称NCAs）按照欧盟委员会2014年6月16日第643/2014号（EU）实施条例（适用于欧洲经济区）的要求提交的信息。本注册表所收录的信息，系指与职业养老金计划领域相关、具备审慎监管属性的国内规定，且此类规定未被2003/41/EC号指令第20条第1款中提及的国内社会与劳动法的覆盖范围所涵盖。根据欧盟委员会第643/2014号（EU）实施条例第1条的规定，各国主管当局（NCAs）需于每个公历年度的6月30日前，向EIOPA提交其国内审慎监管规定的相关信息；年度提交的信息应对应至相关公历年度3月1日已生效的国内审慎监管规定。各国主管当局亦可出于自愿，随时向EIOPA提交其国内审慎监管规定的更新信息。
