The cortical microenvironment drives early immune organization and controls early osteoclastogenesis in bone healing - Single cell (10x Genomics) objects

Seurat RDS files - single-cell RNA-seq (10x Genomics) of mouse femoral fracture healing. This dataset contains processed Seurat RDS objects generated from single-cell RNA sequencing of bone marrow and cortical bone compartments from young (12-week-old) and aged (52-week-old) mice at day 3 and day 7 post-osteotomy, as well as intact controls. Data include quality-controlled, normalized and integrated single-cell expression matrices with cell type annotations. Objects were generated using Seurat (v5.1.0) following Harmony-based batch correction.
