The goal of the project was to study the response in transcription rates after 0.6M KCl addition genome wide. We used Genomic Run-On (GRO) experiment taking samples at 0, 8, 15, 30, and 45 minutes after salt addition in wild type and xrn1 mutant strains.
本研究旨在探究添加0.6M氯化钾(KCl)后全基因组范围内转录速率的响应变化。我们采用基因组运行测序(Genomic Run-On, GRO)实验,分别在野生型菌株与xrn1突变菌株中,于加盐后0、8、15、30及45分钟采集样本。
