Transcriptomic analysis of osmotic stress response in yeast xrn1 mutant

The goal of the project was to study the response in transcription rates after 0.6M KCl addition genome wide. We used Genomic Run-On (GRO) experiment taking samples at 0, 8, 15, 30, and 45 minutes after salt addition in wild type and xrn1 mutant strains.本研究旨在探究添加0.6M氯化钾（KCl）后全基因组范围内转录速率的响应变化。我们采用基因组运行测序（Genomic Run-On, GRO）实验，分别在野生型菌株与xrn1突变菌株中，于加盐后0、8、15、30及45分钟采集样本。
