Paleomagnetic and rock magnetic data associated to publication "Kinematics of Burial Remagnetizations in fold-and-thrust belts: a case study from the South Pyrenean foreland basin (NE Spain)", JGR - Solid Earth

This dataset contains raw paleomagnetic demagnetization data acquired through thermal (TH) and alternating field (AF) treatment of the natural remanent magnetization (NRM), as well as three-axis IRM demagnetization experiments. Data are provided in the original export formats from the instruments used (*.dat, *.th, *.af), and in *rs3 format, which is fully compatible with the Remasoft software. The rs3 files include the interpreted paleomagnetic components used in the associated publication. Component C3 corresponds to the remagnetization identified as C3 in the manuscript, whereas component C34 corresponds to the published C4 component. These data support the analyses and interpretations presented in the related publication.
