Dataset from an oroboros microrespirometer from alaska blackfish brain homogenates. Black fish were either exposed to warm (15oC) normoxia, cold (5oC) normoxia, or cold hypoxia. We recorded mitochondrial respiration and ROS production (amplex red system)

本数据集源自奥罗波若斯(Oroboros)微量呼吸仪,样本取自阿拉斯加黑鱼的脑组织匀浆。实验所用黑鱼分别接受三种处理条件:暖温(15℃)常氧、低温(5℃)常氧,以及低温低氧。本研究记录了线粒体呼吸速率与活性氧(Reactive Oxygen Species, ROS)的生成量,检测采用安培红(Amplex Red)检测系统。
