Leucine-rich-alpha-2-glycoprotein1 (LRG1), a highly conserved member of the leucine-rich repeat family of proteins, has been reported to be involved in several tumors. Previous studies showed that it has great importance in epithelial–mesenchymal transition in colorectal cancer and could promote glioma cell lines invasion and migration. Despite the intimate relationships between LRG1 and migration in cancer research, its role in wound repair or re-epithelialization has not been uncovered. So we dicided using keratinocytes to see its transcriptomes changing after LRG1 addition.

富亮氨酸α2糖蛋白1(Leucine-rich-alpha-2-glycoprotein1,LRG1)是亮氨酸重复序列蛋白家族中高度保守的成员,已有研究报道其参与多种肿瘤的发生发展。既往研究表明,该蛋白在结直肠癌的上皮间质转化(epithelial–mesenchymal transition)过程中发挥关键调控作用,且可促进胶质瘤细胞系的侵袭与迁移能力。尽管在癌症研究领域,LRG1与细胞迁移的密切关联已得到证实,但其在伤口修复或上皮再形成中的功能仍未被阐明。因此本研究选用角质形成细胞,探究添加LRG1后其转录组的表达变化。
