RD Counting Pt

Physical counting point with history of traffic VL and PL of the departmental roads of Ain. Daily average on both routes. The field ‘DATE_TRAFIC’ gives the year of counting and the field ‘TRAFIC_MJA’ gives the number of vehicles as an annualised daily average. Historical all-vehicle counting data (VL+PL) can be found in the TV_1999,TV_2000, TV_XXXX fields. If for a year there has been no counting then the field takes the numeric value 0. The field ‘DATE_TRAFIC_PL’ gives the year of counting and the field ‘MOYENNE_PL’ gives the number of heavy goods vehicles as an annualised daily average. Historical HGV count data can be found in fields PL_1999, PL_2000, PL_XXXX.
