To ensure the data quality of the database and enhance data correction capability, the Chemical Subject Database collects literature information while gathering compound-related data, which serves as the primary basis for traceability and verification of data. In accordance with defined metadata, literature data is collected, processed and curated, and cited in a uniform citation format within the Chemical Subject Database. As part of the compound information integration of the Chemical Subject Database, users can access the literature associated with the target compound while obtaining its related data via the portal-based integrated search of the Chemical Subject Database, enabling further traceability and extended queries for users.
