Impact of TDO Knockdown on the Transcriptome of Litopenaeus vannamei Gills and Brains

This dataset contains transcriptome sequencing data from gills and brains of penaeus vannamei after dsTDO interference. The study aims to explore tissue-specific regulation of the kynurenine pathway in these organs. Using dsRNA interference targeting the TDO gene, RNA was extracted from treated shrimp tissues and sequenced on an Illumina platform. The data underwent quality control, alignment, and differential expression analysis. This dataset reveals transcriptional changes in shrimp gills and brains due to TDO silencing, providing a basis for further research on the kynurenine pathway's roles and applications in aquaculture and disease management.
