This dataset contains the changes of total petroleum hydrocarbon (TPH) over time in an artificially contaminated Louisiana saline marsh soil as affected by nitrogen and biosurfactant additions. The dataset was generated in a laboratory incubation study. Nitrogen was added as urea and biosurfactant was as rhamnolipids. TPH was measured by GC/FID following extraction by DCM at each incubation time interval.
