资源简介：
参与本项目的子课题在获得主要农作物及其近缘种属的基因组数据信息之后，根据特异重复序列开发出的特异探针。该探针能够通过荧光原位杂交的方法定位某些特定的染色体或者染色体区段。
The specific probes were developed by the sub-projects of this project after acquiring genomic data of major crops and their closely related genera and species, based on the specific repetitive sequences of these organisms. These probes can localize specific chromosomes or chromosomal segments through fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH).
