Digital Archive from an Archaeological Evaluation at Oakford Villas, North Molton, Devon, March 2014

This collection comprises images and site records from an archaeological evaluation that was carried out by South West Archaeology Ltd. in March 2014 in order to identify any archaeological features that would be affected by the proposed construction of three light industrial units on land at Oakford Villas, North Molton, Devon. The trenches revealed a series of post medieval ditches that corresponded to a historic boundary and a parallel series of linear features that would roughly divide the field into post medieval strip fields.
