NRS-21260 | Commission Office Computer Home Drives [Royal Commission into the former Chelmsford Private Hospital and Mental Health Services in New South Wales]

This series comprises of digital born records extracted from floppy disks held by Chelmsford Hospital Royal Commission.The records consist of a mixture of business and personal records from the two home drives, Drive A and Drive C of the Commission Office. The records include out going correspondence, in coming messages received by the Commission, patient lists complied by the Commission. Other material includes draft extracts from the final report, information collected in-support of the Commission and a small amount of personal Commission employees' documents.The data from the disks were extracted during migration work in 2018 as they were created and stored on floppy disk during the Commission.
