2. Perceived Quality Index Calculation: Use the weighted average method to calculate the product perceived quality index, with the formula: Perceived Quality Index = 45% * Smoke Extraction Effectiveness Satisfaction + 25% * Ease of Cleaning Satisfaction + 20% * Noise Level Satisfaction + 10% * Ease of Operation Satisfaction.
3. User Perception Evaluation Calculation: Calculate the user perception evaluation using the formula: User Perception Evaluation = (Perceived Quality Index + Product NPS) / 2.
4. Data Application: Classify the performance of individual range hood models based on their user perception evaluation scores:
- Poor performance: User Perception Evaluation < 65%;
