bold5000_reordered_data.npy

Reordered bold5000 data used for imgtofmri model_training. Data has shape of 3 subjects x 5 ROIs x 4916 images, and has been reordered from the original bold5000 data such that all images appear in the same order across all subjects. Additionally, in the event an image was viewed multiple times by a subject, only the fMRI response to the first-presented image is included. <br> Data is modified from https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/BOLD5000/6459449?file=12965447, and fMRI data specifically is taken from CSI{#subj} &gt; h5 &gt; CSI{#subj}_ROIs_TR34.mat
