Transcriptional profiling of Schizosaccharomyces pombe cells after deletion and overexpression of transcription factor Atf1 and Pcr1

The leads obtained in our analysis indicates how Atf1-Pcr1 can regulate the differential gene expression Differential gene expression studies were carried out following over-expression experiments in a series of S. pombe  transformants. Here we conducted an analysis to put forth the altered gene expression pattern in conditions where certain genes were over-expressed in presence or absence of another gene(s), as compared to physiological conditions.
