浒苔应对盐胁迫反应的转录组学分析

开展漂浮浒苔盐胁迫下转录组学和光合生理参数分析，转录组学将材料处理好送至测序公司获得原始序列和初步分析结果，针对目的代谢通路开展详细分析。同时测定光合参数和放氧参数。

Analyses of transcriptomics and photosynthetic physiological parameters of floating Ulva prolifera under salt stress were conducted. For transcriptomic analysis, the pretreated samples were sent to a sequencing company to obtain raw sequence data and preliminary analysis results, followed by detailed investigations targeting the target metabolic pathways. Meanwhile, photosynthetic parameters and oxygen evolution parameters were measured.
