此数据集是2012年黑河上游葫芦沟气象人工观测数据集，每天08时观测1次。观测内容包括干球温度、湿球温度、最高温度、最低温度以及地温（0cm、5cm、10cm、15cm、20cm、地面最高、地面最低），各字段定义见表头
This dataset is the 2012 manual meteorological observation dataset from Hulu Gully in the upper reaches of the Heihe River. Observations are conducted once daily at 08:00. The observation items include dry-bulb temperature, wet-bulb temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature, and soil temperatures (0 cm, 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, maximum surface temperature, minimum surface temperature). The definitions of each field are listed in the table header.
