Satellite-tracking of loggerhead sea turtles tracked from western Mediterranean

Satellite-tracking data of 44 loggerhead sea turtles tracked from western Mediterranean between 2016-2018. Our dataset consists in a CSV file-format which provides the turtle identity name or number, the date and coordinates of the location data, and the Argos location class associated. A metadata spreadsheet file is also provided with other relevant information. Raw data was compiled from Argos, only Doppler locations class 2 and higher were included in the OBIS-ENV data transformation to provide location accuracy. 本数据集收录了2016至2018年间于地中海西部海域追踪的44只红海龟（loggerhead sea turtle）的卫星追踪数据。数据集采用CSV格式存储，包含海龟标识名称或编号、定位数据的日期与坐标，以及关联的Argos定位等级。同时还提供了包含其他相关信息的元数据电子表格文件。原始数据源自Argos系统，仅将多普勒定位等级为2及以上的数据纳入OBIS-ENV数据转换流程，以保障定位精度。原始数据集下载链接：https://cloud.emodnet-ingestion.eu/index.php/s/wF4jn2ypDiAgJ2U
