In accordance with the Budget Code of Ukraine and the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of 26.08.2014 Ü836 "On some issues of implementation of the program-target method of drawing up and implementing local budgets" and according to the decision on the budget of the city of Kyiv for 2020, 19 Reports on the implementation of budget programs for the main manager of budget funds - the Department of Transport Infrastructure of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) for 2020, in particular: 1917330, 1910160, 1910180, 1917361, 1917363, 1917412, 1917413, 1917421, 1917422, 1917423, 1917424, 1917426, 1917441, 1917450, 1917461, 1917462, 1917470 and 1917691.本数据集依据《乌克兰预算法典》及乌克兰财政部2014年8月26日第У836号《关于实施编制和执行地方预算的项目目标法若干问题的命令》，并参照基辅市2020年预算决议，收录了预算资金主要管理方——基辅市议会执行机构（基辅市国家行政管理局）下辖的交通基础设施局（Department of Transport Infrastructure）发布的19份2020年度预算项目执行情况报告，涉及项目编号依次为：1917330、1910160、1910180、1917361、1917363、1917412、1917413、1917421、1917422、1917423、1917424、1917426、1917441、1917450、1917461、1917462、1917470及1917691。
