The table shows normalized reads counts derived from the MEGAN software normalized read counts function (sub-sample to lowest sample size). <br> Data S4 The data file shows MEGAN taxonomy linked to KEGG classifications (metal related genes, Dioxin pathway, and Nitrogen metabolism pathways).
