METTL3 knockdown regulates transcriptomic programs in ovarian cancer cells

This study investigates transcriptomic changes induced by METTL3 knockdown in ovarian cancer cells. RNA-seq was performed on METTL3-kd (SM) and control (NC) samples to profile gene expression alterations. Overall design: We generated RNA-seq data from 9 samples: 6 METTL3-knockdown (SM2 and SM4) and three control parental samples (NC). Paired-end sequencing (2 × 150 bp) was performed on Illumina NovaSeq.
