This study aims to investigate dose-dependent transcriptomic responses of Daphnia magna after chronic exposure to gamma radiation. RNA sequecing was performed after 4 days and 8 days exposure. Differentially expressed genes and major pathways enriched were characerized to provide insights into the chronic effects of gamma radiation.
