Plant-pollinator network architecture does not impact intraspecific microbiome variability

Data and analysis associated with manuscript: "Plant-pollinator network architecture does not impact intraspecific microbiome variability" by Gordon Smith, Hamutahl Cohen, Jocelyn F. Zorn Quinn S. McFrederick and Lauren C. Ponisio 1_initiation installs and loads the packages required for the analysis and figure generation 2_functions is not run directly, but is loaded in at the analysis phase. 3_objects contains the code that loads in the data and functions, then generates objects used in later scripts 4_analysis contains the code that runs the main analyses with previously generated objects 5_analysis contains the code that generates figures 6_analysis contains the code that generates supplementary tables The _.Rdata files should be put in a directory named "data" for all of the R scripts to find them correclty. Alternatively, the zip file can be dowloaded and extracted for the correct directory format. All materials also available at github.com/gosmith2/indiv_foraging
