Microscopic imaging of human and companion animals hair Lactophenol cotton blue wet mounts

The current dataset consists of two categories : -The first category based on the differences between microscopic images of human and different companion animals (dogs, cats, , camels, cows, rats, rabbits, horses, different species of pet birds (chicken, baby chick, crow, parrot and duck) hairs/feathers, including nine data files which are divided as follow: one contains images represent human hair samples and the remaining eight files of the animal species involved through the collected data. -The second category depends on microscopic detection of the dermatophytes arthrospores arrangement, parasitism and invasion of the examined hair including two data files, one for positive dermatophytosis samples image and the other for negative dermatophytosis samples image.

本数据集共涵盖两大类别。第一大类以人类与不同伴侣动物（犬、猫、骆驼、牛、大鼠、兔、马，以及多种宠物鸟类：鸡、雏鸡、乌鸦、鹦鹉与鸭）的毛发/羽毛显微图像差异为研究内容，共包含9个数据文件：其中1个文件存储人类毛发样本图像，剩余8个文件分别对应上述8种动物的采集样本图像。第二大类聚焦皮肤癣菌（dermatophytes）关节孢子（arthrospores）的排列、寄生及侵袭受检毛发的显微检测，共包含2个数据文件，分别为皮肤癣菌病（dermatophytosis）阳性样本图像与皮肤癣菌病阴性样本图像。
